The Master of Arts in Public Leadership is a graduate-level theology degree offered by seminaries for those who wish to have an influence in the public sector. While offering a broad course of Christian study, the degree also prepares seminarians for effective work in the secular world. There are not many seminaries with an M.A. in Public Leadership, but a few do offer the program.
Most accredited M.A. in Public Leadership degree programs require students to complete a bachelor program before enrolling. Upon graduating, students may go onto further academic study, public service, work in the private sector or vocational ministry.
